A process to anonymously collect qualitative feedback from multiple perspectives. Insights are compiled in a Findings Report. Participants feel seen, heard, and understood and have their perspectives captured. We highlight themes, strengths, and challenges to initiate important discussions and actions.
The Findings Report can capture different perspectives between roles or groups (e.g. – Senior Leadership, Operational Staff, specific teams). This lays the foundation for informed decision-making.
A series of guided team conversations that examine team dynamics, personal alignment, stakeholder perspectives, and strategy to ensure intentional progress toward your shared vision.
