360 Leadership Feedback Process

Receive feedback on the leadership competencies that are important to you. Our thoughtfully designed evidence-based process will ensure a breadth and depth of feedback to identify themes, capture strengths, and offer constructive behaviour changes that will help you achieve your goals. One-to-one Coaching

A series of confidential conversations to explore who you are, what you want, and how you’ll get there. Your professional coach will hold a mirror up to your leadership by simultaneously supporting you, challenging you, and holding you accountable. We ask meaningful questions and offer observations outside your normal realm of thinking to help you learn and develop as a leader and changemaker.

Immersive Nature Reflections

The use of personality-based assessment tools such as EQ-i2.0, sdi2.0, or DISC to promote self-awareness, find common language, and highlight individuals’ similarities and differences within a team. Your coach will debrief you and your teams that elect to use these tools

Team / Org. 360 Feedback Process

A process to anonymously collect qualitative feedback from multiple perspectives. Insights are compiled in a Findings Report. Participants feel seen, heard, and understood and have their perspectives captured. We highlight themes, strengths, and challenges to initiate important discussions and actions.

The Findings Report can capture different perspectives between roles or groups (e.g. – Senior Leadership, Operational Staff, specific teams). This lays the foundation for informed decision-making. 

Team Coaching

A series of guided team conversations that examine team dynamics, personal alignment, stakeholder perspectives, and strategy to ensure intentional progress toward your shared vision. Your team coach will use a variety of techniques tailored to your team’s needs. Participants will apply learnings and insights in their day-to-day work and reconvene to discuss what’s working and where issues persist or emerge.

Confidential Casual Observations: Compliment your Team Coaching by bringing our coaches in to make non-intrusive and non-judgmental observations in your day-to-day dynamics. We make observations to help you find insights.
